Founded in 1979 in Lauzon, located on the south shore of Quebec City. First starting out as chocolate makers, they have now become master chocolatiers and a recognized leader in the world of chocolate gastronomy. You can order online but we highly recommend stopping in at one of their stores for an ice cream cone dipped in one of about 12 different flavours of chocolate.

Denman Island Chocolate –

Canadian Made Chocolate

Founded in 1998 on Denman Island BC. Denman Island Chocolate bars are made with organic FairTrade chocolate with a high (63% or 72%) cocoa mass content. This makes for a more intense, less sweet flavour that is rich and clean. Available on their online store and retailers across Canada.

Peace by Chocolate –

Canadian Made Chocolate

Peace by Chocolate was founded in 2016 from Syrian Refugees forced to flee their home country.  The family began producing chocolates in Syria 20 years ago and have now continued this out of Antigonish, Nova Scotia.  They’ve been featured by CTV, CBC, and The Globe and Mail to name a few, so check them out.

Founded in 1907 in Vancouver BC. They can be found in 75 shops across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. Their core company values are all about fantastic chocolates, fantastic service and fantastic people.

Rogers’ Chocolates –

Charles “Candy” Rogers established Rogers’ Chocolates in 1885 opening the first location in Victoria BC. This downtown location is the original store and remains a huge tourist spot. His very first and original creation, the Victoria Cream, quickly became a local favourite and thus began his career as Canada’s first chocolatier.
